Rosemary Inez (McDermott) Hunt

Rosemary Hunt, age 96, of Camden, TN passed away on Thursday, August 17,2023 at her residence. Mrs. Hunt was born on October 24, 1926 in Sioux City, Iowa to the late Dr. Bernard Vincent McDermott and the late Hattie Frances Pursell McDermott. She was also preceded by her husband Eugene Hunt, a son Terry Dawson, an uncle Charles Bee, and an aunt Mary Pursell Bee.

Mrs. Hunt was a member of the Olive Branch Missionary Baptist Church in Wayne City, IL.  She loved yard sales, antiques and flower gardening.

Rosemary is survived by her grandsons: Jonathan Dawson of Camden, TN, Greg Dawson of Nashville, TN and daughter-in-law Sandy Dawson of Camden, TN.

A private family visitation will be held from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at Stockdale-Malin Funeral Home in Camden, TN.

Funeral services for Rosemary Hunt will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at Olive Branch Church in Wayne City, IL.  Interment will follow the funeral service at Baltimore Cemetery in Wayne City.
