William Joseph Bejda

William Joseph Bejda, 76, of Fairfield, IL passed away on Tuesday, November 13th, 2018 at his home after a long battle with cancer.

He was born on September 10th, 1942 in Berwyn, IL to his parents William Joseph Bejda Sr. and Helen Marie Bejda (Kadlec).

He worked for over 25 years on the loading docks at Sears in Chicago, IL and for many years at Accurate Partitions in Lyons, IL.  He was of the Lutheran faith.

William was married to his wife Linda for 51 years.  He loved to fish, listen to music, play the accordion, and spend time with his granddaughter Kaitlyn.

He is survived by his wife Linda Bejda, 2 sons William Bejda and Scott Bejda, daughter-in-law April Bejda and granddaughter Kaitlyn Bejda.

He was preceded in death by both of his parents.

In honor of William’s wishes, his body will be cremated and there will be no formal services.
